Return & Exchange Policy – THEAURABELLE


We want you to love every piece you order. If something isn’t perfect, we’ve made returns and exchanges painless and carbon-neutral.

1. Time-frame

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility checklist

  • Item is unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Footwear: soles must be clean, no scuffs.
  • Accessories: protective films intact.
  • You provide order number or receipt (digital copy accepted).

3. How to start

  1. Email contact@theaurabelle.com with your order number and reason. We reply within 24 h with a prepaid return label **if the item is faulty or we shipped the wrong product**. For all other returns, print the label we email; **return shipping fee is USD 7.50 flat** (deducted from refund). Drop parcel at any USPS, Royal Mail, Canada Post, AusPost or NZ Post counter within 7 days of label creation.

4. Non-returnable items

  • Final-sale goods (marked “Non-returnable” on product page)
  • Gift cards, e-vouchers
  • Perishable cosmetics or fragrances (if seal broken)
  • Items damaged through wear, alteration or improper care

5. Refunds

  • Inspection within 2 business days of receipt.
  • Full refund issued to original payment method (Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna).
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days after approval.
  • You receive email confirmation with transaction ID.

6. Exchanges

  • One free size/colour exchange per order.
  • If requested item is out of stock we automatically refund you.
  • New item ships same day via standard service (free worldwide).

7. Late or missing refunds

  1. Check bank/PayPal account first.
  2. Contact credit-card issuer; posting may take 5-10 business days.
  3. Still missing? Email us – we provide ARN/trace number within 24 h.

8. International returns

Customs duties paid on original shipment are non-refundable (except where regulations require). We mark returns as “Returned Merchandise” to minimise additional charges.

9. Carbon-neutral returns

We offset return-shipping emissions through Gold Standard climate projects—at no cost to you.
